Tania Diggory

Tania is an entrepreneur, international Burnout Prevention Speaker and Founder and Director of Calmer. As a qualified NLP Practitioner (NLP Academy), Mindfulness Teacher (MBSR, Mindfulness Sussex), Mental Health Trainer (Mind) and First Aider (MHFA England). Tania has consulted and trained over 300 companies on their mental health and wellbeing strategy, on top of regularly delivering public talks, online and offline.

Tania is a leading expert in the field of burnout prevention and is the author of This Is Calmer: Inspiration, support and encouragement for the entrepreneurial mind, and Working From Home: The Complete Calmer Guide To Remote Working.

Andy Dunn

Andy is a Creative Facilitation Expert, Leadership and Personal Coach, Mental Health and Wellbeing Trainer and First Aider (MHFA England). Working with over 5,000 CEOs, business leaders, entrepreneurs, school students and teachers, Andy is passionate about making a difference to people’s lives, organisations and the future of Education.

In addition, Andy is a keynote speaker, author of Searching with Purpose, and the founder of Creators Club, Creators Festival and Creator Schools. As a British writer and creative entrepreneur and Royal Society of Arts fellow, Andy has devoted over 15 years to mastering the art and science of creativity in business, leadership and guiding personal growth.

Valerie Teh

Valerie is a Self-Care Facilitator and Mental Health and Wellbeing Trainer, with expertise in Mindfulness and Movement (400+ hours training with Yoga Alliance accredited schools), Breathwork (Max Strom & BBTRS), Sound Therapy (Tim Wheater and Cherub) and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA England). In addition, she is currently training to be a humanistic counsellor with the Gestalt Centre.

Providing an authentic, open and trauma-informed learning environment, her offerings stem from a desire to help others help themselves, supporting them through personal transformation to reach their full potential.

 

Yohan is a highly experienced Mental Health and Wellbeing, Anti-Racism, and Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) trainer. As an established senior trainer for the UK's two largest Mental Health training providers - Mind and MHFA England - with 15 years corporate management and lived experience of overcoming anxiety and depression, this unique combination enriches the overall training experience for our clients.
