Kate Bell, People Director at Rickard Luckin, shares her experience of working with Calmer to develop their firms ongoing company-wide Wellbeing Programme since 2020.

They have helped us to work proactively with the leadership team and openly discuss the challenges that are in any business that ultimately sells their teams’ time and expertise.
Calmer have provided training to every single member of our team and framed this training to align with our roles as leaders, as managers, and our team members.
We have a rolling flexible programme with Calmer covering a blend of structured mental health training, refresher sessions and guest webinar masterclasses and workshops, where we explore topics linked to wellbeing with our team.
We are proud of how far we have come with embedding wellbeing into the fabric of our firm, and are grateful to Calmer for all their help and guidance in helping us to achieve this. This has been reflected in our Best Companies results. Our wellbeing score (that is underpinned by factors such as work and home life balance as well as how we manage pressure to perform well) has significantly improved since we have partnered with Calmer. The programme has been instrumental in creating a healthier and happier work environment.
