CPD Accredited full and half day courses
We're proud to have trained and consulted with over 400 organisations globally, and continue to empower workplaces around the world to nurture their mental health, prevent burnout and build a meaningful, long-term wellbeing strategy.
Our courses can be booked on an individual basis, and our experience has shown that working long term with an organisation to provide a suite of training courses alongside implementing a Wellbeing Champions scheme yields the most meaningful results. We can deliver in person (mainly mainland UK) or virtually (available worldwide).
Our full day training courses are 6 hours long, with time allocated for Q&A. When delivered remotely, we split this into two 3-hour training sessions in order to be mindful of screen time. Half day training courses are 3 hours long.
