Spring is typically associated as a time of new beginnings – a time to reawaken from the quiet of winter, to shed the shadows past, and to plant seeds of growth and change. In this two-part special online workshop hosted by Calmer, you will first be given a supported space to reflect and let go of past challenges, before moving onto setting heart-centred intentions to help guide you to step into Spring with a renewed sense of purpose.
The workshop will include a blend of facilitated questions and journaling prompts, opportunities to connect with other participants in small group breakout rooms and in wider discussion, and a collective experience of mindful meditation.
You will leave feeling lighter and in greater balance, having reflected on the past – its difficulties as well as the lessons learnt and moments of joy and achievement – and set an empowered vision for the new season ahead, giving yourself a tailored road-map to live and act in alignment with your deepest intentions.
