Join us for an hour-long event where we will be discussing ways to nurture good mental health during challenging times, giving you practical easy tips and exercises to encourage you to take regular breaks, and look after your wellbeing.

The session will culminate in breakout sessions for participants to crystallise their intentions for the next year, and put the activities they’ve learned into practice.
